Let"s start with a description of the Jlib.
The Jlib (=J-library) consists of a collection of files and verbs
(verbs = programs/functions) filed in a group of files for which I coined
the name Jlib.

All files in this Jlib group have an extension .jlb. In march 94 these
files contained data providing executable code for aproximately 150 verbs.
APLers would call this a central workspace.
These files constitute a data base as they are constructed to provide
the means to get records for each verb in to / out of this data base.
The next section will discuss the contents of the files.
