A copy of Ken Iverson's little book "Calculus" has finally found its way
into my world, thanks to one of my APL students. Has anyone tried to
implement the course this book suggests in the classroom ?
(I'm not particularly interested in criticisms of the book, but rather
in any calculus courses that may have been run on this or a similar basis.)
