In addition to the publication above there was an IBM internal document
authored by Corey Fair, and another person I forget, (sorry, it was 20 yrs
ago or so) called "An APL Manual of Style".  I have it, and one or two others
at home and will try to locate it.  It may be that it, too, is still
published by IBM.  I remember that I went through it example by example
and learned a heckuvalot (for me, that is). If I find it I will post its
exact name and that of its authors and whatever document ID it has.
