No, but there is something out there in the public domain that is.  It's
by Paul Turner at the Oregon Graduate Institute.  It started out as
a 2-D graphics program for Suns called "grtool";  I have the Motif
version, called "xmgr".  It's available at a number of anon. ftp
sites.  I have version 2.10beta, which I obtained from:
