Apologies if this has already been posted, but I don't recall seeing it.

Some of you may have seen a small notice in a recent SWAPL newsletter
announcing a new APL interpreter writtten by Thomas G Smith and available as
shareware.

It is called CAPLIB and may be got by ftp from the watserv1.waterloo.edu
fileserver.

CAPLIB is sort-of VSAPL, and the author tells me that he is working on an
'APL2 equivalent' - but this is not likely to appear before 1994.

I'm sure that APL Quote Quad would be very happy to hear from someone
volunteering to write a review of CAPLIB.
