 APL*PLUS II/386 v. 4 does _not_ have a similar facility; v. 5 has been
shipping for a litte while now [and I think there is a February sale,
about $400 off], but I don't believe it has a packaging facility either.
I will check the docs at work Monday and post a correction if it does
(unless someone posts a definitive answer first).

 IBM's APL2/PC has both a 16- and a 32-bit packager in v. 1.02; I've not
 tried either yet.
