Could someone post a review of ISI's new publication "Calculus"?

1. How many pages does it have?

2. What are the titles of the chapters?

3. How much of the text is devoted to material which
one can pick up in other ISI publications?

4. Are there alot of "indepth" examples using conjunctions and
   adverbs?

5. Are the examples mostly short programs similar to the
   tutorial?

   As an aside,

A. Is Ken or anyone at ISI working on a new project? I'm actually
somewhat interested in how Ken exchanges ideas with others
   individuals who contribute ideas.

B. Have any new articles on J appeared in VECTOR or Quote-Quad?
   Any rumors about future developments?

Thanks,
Emmett
