I'm sure there are since Manugistics [STSC] (at least) have a windows
product. Probably not free though... 

There are both TeX and X fonts available on waterloo. TeX stuff can be
put into postscript (TeX's all I think I'll ever use for writing stuff
now: portable, free, beautiful output, can you write Quenya in 
anything else?). TeX isn't for the faint of heart though (nor is APL I
suppose).
