The Windows environment is probably more important for us than the 
others in the list.  In any case, the Windows interface is portable.  
The main function 11!:0 takes a string argument of statements in WP 
(windows program).  WP is a simple but sufficient language for creating 
and manipulating window objects.  To port the interface, implement WP 
in X, Mac, PostScript, etc.
