Dave:
a. I'll try to get a definitive answer at the APL93 committee meeting
   tomorrow. I believe there were problems in booking a site, but
   will confirm this.

b. SHARE is IBM-only, and IBM is only one of many APL vendors. 
   It's probably impossible to book anything without offending some
   vendor interest group.
