Are you using EMS/XMS memory?  Through which drivers?  With what parms?
Any TSRs, file caches, etc?  This all presuming you are running under DOS
(oh, yes, which DOS version?).  There's probably a different set of
questions if you're running in an OS/2 VDM ...
