                            Books In Motion
                      A Party of Literature (APL)
ACM/SIGAPL has recently taken over an inventory of APL books,
diskettes, and other printed materials, and we need YOUR help in
moving them.

On Saturday, April 4th, 1992, this inventory will be moved from
a storage warehouse to a private home in suburban Maryland. We are
renting a truck for this purpose, and will provide 1 copy of
ANYTHING in the collection to anyone who wishes to participate in
this move. If you want to acquire some of this material, along with
a little APL companionship and work, this is your chance!

Eight people have already stepped forward to help, but we are
looking for more willing and able individuals to load and unload our
truck. Make contacts, enjoy morning coffee, evening Pizza and
beer, get some exercise in the early Spring air, and meet some
friends!

If you are interested, please respond by:
 1. Sending me your name and phone number. You may also call me
    at:
       (908) 251-8142 in the Evening. [Home]
       (212) 449-0286 during Thursday and Friday. [Office]
 2. Contacting Dick Holt, and giving him the same information.
 3. Simply attend!

I would prefer a phone call, but attending is the important
    thing to do!

We plan to aggressively market and distribute these books, prices
to be made in an upcoming issue of Quote-Quad. We expect to set
FIRE SALE prices for retail distribution (you pay shipping) with
higher discounts for volume purchase. All proceeds will go to
expand and enhance the membership services SIGAPL performs for it's
members.
