Both IBM and STSC include ways of getting the APL character set
on the screen when in APL. Does anyone know how to activate
the character sets when you're not actually in APL?

For example, IBM includes APL2FONT.com with their APL2. But
if you execute it and don't enter APL2, you don't get the APL
character set. Similarly, STSC's program ECDCHARs works fine,
but only if you enter APL. I'd like to be able to have the
characters available from the DOS prompt.

Thanks for any help.
