For scheme #18 (CDC), the "example needed" for your list is as follows:

             A $IS $TP 2 3 $RO $IO 6

I believe Clark Wiedman et al borrowed CDC's APL 1.0 transliteration scheme for
their APLUM (APL University of Massachusetts) product, which eventually evolved
into CDC's APL2 offerring.  I'm not sure why you put the $GO symbol into your
list, but it DOES represent the APL branch (right-pointing) arrow.  Hope this
helps.
